If an event is canceled or suspended after it has started, all bets on that event will be fully refunded to the account balance. For multiple bets containing a canceled event, the canceled selection is removed and the multiple is recalculated using the remaining selections.

Live betting follows the same general rules, with the addition that bet312 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of an event — goals, red cards, injuries — to recalculate odds accurately. Bets placed before the suspension are honored at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed.

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions imposed on an existing account;
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts (abusive match betting) to guarantee a neutral outcome and extract bonuses;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing someone else to use your account;
